CoachCast no. 46 Barbara Kellerman (Harvard University)

In our attempt to be the most egg-headiest sports show on the internet, we invited Barbara Kellerman from the Kennedy School of Government to contribute to the CoachCast.  Instead of talking about Leaders for the 46th time, AB discusses the role and importance of followers with Doctor Kellerman.

Her new book, Hard Times - Leadership in America Doctor Kellerman argues that we focus on leaders, and even on followers, while ignoring an essential element of leadership: context. Hard Times is a corrective. It enables leaders to track the terrain that they must navigate in order to create change.
